Midland County Sheriff’s office and Midland Crime Stoppers need your help on a Theft.

 

On October 14, 2016 at 7:00 a.m., deputies responded to the 2700 block of South County Road 1200 in reference to a Theft.   The complainant informed deputies that upon arriving for work he observed the bay door leading into the business to be partially opened.  Once inside, the employee discovered fourteen (14) McElroy Pitbull fusion machines were missing which are valued at over $88,000.   The complainant stated a black Chevrolet pickup was acting suspicious in the area the day before the theft.  The pickup had a white Broncho horse head sticker on the back window.

Midland County Sheriff’s office and Midland Crime Stoppers need your help on a Theft.

 

On December 7, 2016 at 7:00 a.m., deputies were dispatched to Tom Craddick Hwy and Highway 158 in reference to a Theft.  The victim stated two company trailers were broken into by cutting the locks to the trailer doors.   Once inside, the suspects took several machine type items that are used in dealing with pipe.  These items consist of Jeep testers, beveling machines and a Rigid pipe threader.  The value of the items taken in the theft is over $24,000.

12/19/2016 - CRIME OF WEEK - AGGRAVATED ROBBERY - MCSO

 Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help in identifying the suspect involved in an Aggravated Robbery.

 

On December 14th just after 5:00 p.m., a subject went into the convenience store located at 808 South Big Spring and demanded money from the clerk.  The suspect threatened the clerk if they did not comply.  The clerk handed the suspect the money and the suspect fled the store. 

 

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 5’6”, 160 pounds last seen wearing a dark colored hoodie, carpenter style blue jeans and brown boots.  This subject was possibly armed.

Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help in identifying suspects involved in numerous vandalisms.

 

During the month of November, the City of Midland has had approximately forty (40) cases involving suspects shooting out vehicle windows with a BB gun during the nighttime hours.   The suspects are targeting mainly the northern part of Midland.

11/11/2016 - CRIME OF WEEK - THEFT - MCSO

Midland County Sheriff’s office and Midland Crime Stoppers need your help on a Theft.

 

On October 27, 2016 at approximately 7:16 a.m., deputies responded to the 9000 block of West Interstate 20.  Upon arriving at work, the victim discovered that 5 company vehicles and 5 company trailers were broken into.  The suspects gained entry into the vehicles by breaking out the windows.   Several items were taken including Fusion splicers and automated testers which are all used in the telecommunication cable industry.  The result of the theft is valued at over $80,000.

Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help in identifying the suspect of a Burglary of a Building.

 

In the early morning hours of October 21st, a suspect broke into the Dollar General located at 4310 W. Illinois by smashing in the glass by the front door.   Once inside, the suspect took multiple packs of beer.  The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male approximately 5’6”-5’8” with a medium build.  He is also a suspect in a couple of other convenience store burglaries.

On October 20th, deputies responded to the 10000 block of County Road 60 to take a report regarding a theft.  The victim stated suspects gained entry into the businesses IT server room and stole two boxes containing 32 Samsung Galaxy Note 5 cell phones.   The total amount of the theft is valued at approximately $25,000.

Midland County Sheriff’s office and Midland Crime Stoppers need your help on a Theft of Property.

 

On October 4th, a business located in the 4700 block of South County Road 1270 reported that over 750 feet of copper wire was stolen.   The suspects gained entry into the yard by cutting a hole in the fence.   Once inside the yard, the suspects removed the copper wire from three skid generators.   The victim reports the loss to be approximately $20,000 in property taken and damage done by the suspects.

Midland County Sheriff’s office and Midland Crime Stoppers need your help on a Burglary of a Business.

 

On September 14, 2016, deputies responded to the 12,000 block of Interstate 20 in reference to a burglary of a business.  The victim stated the male suspect used an onsite Kubota UTV to ram the garage door in order to gain access into the building.   Once inside, the suspect took several miscellaneous tools from the business.  The suspect then left the property in a light colored 4-door passenger car.

Midland Crime Stoppers and the Midland Police Department need your help locating two suspects involved in an Auto Theft.

On August 4th at approximately 2:38 a.m., two suspects broke into a vehicle located in the 3500 block of West Louisiana and took it for a joy ride.  The two suspects used the victim’s lost keys to gain access to the vehicle.  Both suspects appear to be white males in their early twenties, wearing white shirts, white shorts and white shoes.   One of the suspects has a skull tattoo on his left arm.
